In addition to providing perinatal offerings, I also hold a few spaces for individual one-on-one psychotherapy.

I believe that building a trusting, open, and authentic connection with one another is a key component of the process of therapy.  I strive to do this by helping you find beauty and strength in vulnerability, deepen awareness, and learn ways of tending and being with yourself as you move through all of the complexities of being human.

My goal is to co-create a brave space that allows you to feel comfortable enough to look within yourself to connect to your inner wisdom and truth.  As your therapist, I believe in finding ways to support you in living who you are, not just who you want to be.

Rooted in Somatic psychotherapy, I support my clients in being fully present in the moment, not only in mind but also in body, shape, and spirit. This lens is about embodying your complete self while navigating the intricacies of experiences that often seek our acknowledgment and understanding. Through this therapeutic approach, individuals learn to engage with the world using their entire being, addressing and processing complex emotions, sensations, belief systems, and past narratives and histories -- as they arise.
