I believe that building a trusting, open and authentic connection with one another is a key component to change and growth. I strive to do this by helping you find beauty and strength in vulnerability, deepen awareness, and learn ways to hold self-compassion & acceptance.
From my perspective, therapy works when we can co-create a space that allows you to feel comfortable enough to look within yourself to find your inner truth and longings. Therapy is a personal and individual process. As your therapist, I believe in meeting you where you are at and giving you a space to explore what it is that you really want in life, along with the barriers that you may have experienced along the way.
Rooted in an integrated and a relational style, I pull from many modalities that help my clients feel comfortable, heard and a part of the process. I combine process-oriented therapy with tool-based skills to help promote understanding and growth. In addition, I also use somatic techniques as a way to bring a more integrated approach to our work together.
