Hello! I am Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has the privilege of working with children, teens, families, and adults seeking support. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to build strong and healthy relationships and heal from past traumas. I believe in guiding individuals through life’s obstacles with healthy communication, empathy, and openness, all to ensure change and personal growth with every client.
I believe that building a trusting, open and authentic connection with another, is a key component to change and growth, at any age. I strive to do this by, helping you find beauty and strength in vulnerability, deepening connection to yourself and others, and learning ways to hold self-compassion and acceptance in the hardest of times. For me, therapy works when we can create a space that allows you to take risks, show your truth, sit with uncomfortableness, and celebrate courage, nuance and inner knowings. My hope is that by doing this you will feel more fulfilled and connected within yourself, as a partner, or as a parent. As a therapist, I strive to show up with openness, authenticity, and with desire to collaborate. I hold in high value, that each individual has the wisdom of growth, the awareness of desired change and the strength to find new ways to live with more presence and joy. I see my role as a guide in your journey, a holder of pain, and a mirror that reflects your innate ability to thrive (in whatever way that looks for you).
