I am a Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has the honor to work with clients in the East Bay to help promote change and growth. I provide a space to assist my clients in exploring and deepening their relationships with themselves and to others, change unwanted patterns, learn how to live life with less self-criticism, more understanding & acceptance, heal from past traumas, and expand awareness to what is possible.
In addition to being a therapist, I am also a wife, a mother, a nature explorer, an animal lover, a farmers markets devotee, a seeker of nourishment, an advocate and ally, a forever student, a searcher of self love & truth and a human celebrator.
My own therapy journey led me down a path of healing and growth. Having the support of different therapists in my life has helped me along the way to connect more deeply to who I am, my values, and to learn more wholehearted & embodied ways of being. For me, therapy has provided a place to explore myself, while feeling seen and heard without judgement. It has taught me to take risks and challenge patterns that feel safe and familiar.
I embarked on becoming a therapist because I believe in the power of therapeutic connection, self kindness and the strength of vulnerability. I strive to offer and show up for my clients as a human, and connect in ways that encourage change, promote more aliveness and emotional wellness. My hope is that by doing this you will feel more fulfilled and connected within yourself, as an individual, partner, or parent.
I hold in high value that each person has the wisdom of growth, the awareness of desired change and the strength to find new ways to live with more presence and joy. I see my role as a guide in your journey, a holder of pain & discomfort, and a mirror that reflects your innate ability to thrive, in whatever way that looks for you.
