Over the course of my career, I have worked with clients using somatic therapies to help them connect to a deeper understanding and connection of self.  I found this work as I was navigating and exploring my own healing, and I have never looked back.  Learning ways into the body has been an empowering tool, a tool that I use to help my clients have better access to themselves.

I strongly believe that once we are able to tap into ourselves, then we are able to gain choice, understanding, and grow and evolve in the ways that we desire.
